Change or Die

Freedom Quilt shares herbs that can be used to support people who must leave their homes for freedom or safety. The herbs are for the strength and creativity to leave, to rebuild socially, and to heal, or come home to yourself again. This is the introductory video to the herbs of the quilt. It discusses werewolf root, the doorway to the home, and generally discusses the background of the quilt’s themes. Werewolf root (used as a flower essence or homeopathic) can be supportive when people feel they must “change or die”.
